COMUNICADO IMPORTANTE..!!!  
SE INFORMA A LA COMUNIDAD QUE TODO CASO POSITIVO DE COVID 19 TIENE LA "OBLIGACIÓN" DE INFORMARA A SUS CONTACTOS ESTRECHOS ( PERSONAS CON LAS QUE TUVO CONTACTO 48 HRS ANTES DE LA APARICIÓN DEL PRIMER SÍNTOMA) DE QUE ESTA CURSANDO LA ENFERMEDAD .  
ADEMAS DEBE PASAR ESA LISTA DE CONTACTOS AL EQUIPO DE SEGUIMIENTO ( HOSPITAL LOCAL)  
POR TAL MOTIVO SOLICITAMOS QUE LA PERSONA DIAGNOSTICADA CON COVID 19 POSITIVO SEA RESPONSABLE Y CRITERIOSO A LA HORA DE REALIZAR SU LISTA DE CONTACTOS.  
EL HOSPITAL SOLAMENTE REALIZA EL ACOMPAÑAMIENTO DE LOS CONTACTOS INFORMADOS. GRACIAS
